The complete chloroplastic sequences (~160kb) of 22 Quercus samples (Q. robur & Q. petraea) are now available for download.
These 22 samples (from 11 european countries) represent 11 different haplotypes (1-2-4-5-7-10-11-12-17-18 and 21) which were described in the Forest and Ecology Management paper of Petit et al. (Chloroplast DNA variation in European white oaks - Phylogeography and patterns of diversity based on data from over 2600 populations
